ABOUT THE DESIGN
The label’s design introduces a bold, futuristic look to the elite women’s peloton and is the first time a women’s team has used a change-out kit at the biggest race in the world, the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.
Los Angeles-based Maisie Wilen fashion house, founded by Maisie Schloss in 2019, has made a name for itself in the fashion world as an innovator and disruptor. Two traits that also suit Factor Bikes and Human Powered Health Cycling.
DESIGNED FOR DISRUPTORS
The cycling kit’s eye-popping aesthetic is the result of a month’s-long design collaboration between Maisie and the team, with Factor interpreting her vision and incorporating the motif onto the Factor OSTRO VAMs that Human Powered Health will be racing at the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. The design for the changeout cycling kit reflects Human Powered Health’s brand colour gradient, with a concept inspired by the flowing aerodynamics and markings of fish scales.
