Head to the Factor and Black Inc websites (links below) to register your limited lifetime warranty. Note - your warranty is only valid for the original owner.
If you have ordered a complete bike, register your frameset with Factor and your wheels with Black Inc. You do not need to register your barstem (the serial number will be wrapped under bartape!)
Your frameset serial number can be found underneath the bottom bracket. A serial number QR code is visible on the rim of the wheelset.
