Cycle to Work Scheme
Vires Velo is registered with a number of Cycle to Work Schemes to offer customers the chance to use vouchers for the purchase of a new Factor bike
The Cycle to Work Scheme is a government initiative in the UK that encourages employees to cycle to work by making it more affordable to buy a bicycle and related equipment. Through the Cycle to Work Scheme, employers can offer their employees the opportunity to purchase a bicycle through a salary sacrifice arrangement. This means that the cost of the bike is deducted from the employee’s pre-tax salary over a set period, usually 12 to 24 months.
Vires Velo is registered with a number of the most popular schemes including:
- CycleScheme

FAQs
The schemes listed are those that we are currently registered with. If you'd like to find out whether we can accept any additional schemes, contact our team and we can look into it.
Placing an order with a Cycle to Work voucher does not impact the delivery or build time with us. Usually, the leadtime on the process will be determined by your employer and how quickly they can process your voucher. Once we redeem your voucher you bike will be scheduled for build within 1-2 weeks.
If you decide to pay a £500 deposit to reserve your bike, we can refund this back to you if you generate a voucher for the full amount of the bike. Alternatively, you can apply for the voucher for the amount minus your £500 deposit.
Most voucher schemes are uncapped, however the total amount will be determined by your employer.
