No bike rides like this because no bike is built like this. The ONE is all about speed and it attacks on two fronts. It’s mind-blowingly stiff under power and it’s incredibly aerodynamic. For crit racers and for powerful sprinters, nothing comes close.
The ONE is built around Factor’s iconic and innovative Twin Vane EVO downtube, which boosts both frame stiffness and smooth airflow from the front wheel. The external fork, likewise, reduces drag and sharpens steering response. If you live to attack, the ONE is for you.

Twin Vane EVO down tube
A signature Factor feature since the brand’s first bike, the Twin Vane down tube boosts both aerodynamics and frame stiffness. The Factor engineering team continued to work tirelessly on the development of the concept for the ONE and the SLiCK, initially using CFD (computational fluid dynamics, a virtual wind tunnel) to create, refine and test shapes, and later with physical prototypes in a real wind tunnel.
The Twin Vane EVO down tube delivers high frame stiffness because the two spars brace against each other. Simply, you get the immense stiffness of a huge down tube without the aero penalty. It’s a defining feature of the ONE’s radical looks and incredible stiffness under power. The down tubes both run continuously past the BB into the chain stays, ensuring the whole system is ultra-stiff.
DESIGN
OTIS
Standing for ONE Total Integration System, the OTIS front end shapes how the ONE looks, steers, and slices the wind. It performs multiple functions and boosts the ride experience, aerodynamics and aesthetics, starting with fully internal cabling.
Steering response is greatly sharpened by the much larger physical connection between the fork and the stem. The increase in torsional rigidity can easily be felt in the ONE’s precision and confidence when cornering and descending at speed.

Aero
Aerodynamic drag is significantly reduced by the external steerer, which combines with the profile of the head tube to form a longer airfoil shape. The wide stance fork legs eliminate the airflow disruption caused by the air being pulled forwards by the tyre (reversing flow) clashing with incoming airflow. The disc brake fork has a recess to tuck the caliper out of the wind and the crown is smoothed to minimise frontal area.
The OTIS Barstem Evo further reduces drag, meeting clean air with a refined, Kamm-tail aero profile for the top section which is almost invisible to the wind. As slim as it looks, it’s exceptionally stiff and won’t budge even with the most powerful WorldTour sprinter hauling on it. Up to 35mm of stack height adjustment is available, while maintaining a clean look and direct connection to the fork.

With the stays set further from the wheel, airflow isn’t disrupted by the reversing flow coming off the tyre

The ONE is offered with a choice of Zero and Offset seatposts with fittings for carbon (7x9mm) or metal (7x7mm) saddle rails
The continuous fibre construction of the down tube and chain stays gives the ONE unrivalled stiffness under power
The ONE continues to be offered in both direct-mount rim brake and flat-mount disc brake options
