In addition to our standard custom build process, we are able to offer a range of custom paint and premium component options through our Custom Concierge:
CUSTOM PAINT
If you are looking for something completely unique we can offer a range of bespoke paint options through our UK custom paint shop. We'll start with your idea and paint colour references and customise a spec to turn your dream into a reality.
Custom Components
Looking to dress your new bike in specialist components and wheelsets, our Custom Concierge service allows you to spec exactly what you want for your build (Subject to availability and compatibility).
Consultation
Both of these options start with a consultation with our team to understand your ideas for your new bike. We'll then create your dream build proposal and work with you to make it happen.

YOUR JOURNEY
Consultation
Tell us what your ideas for your new bike and have a virtual or in-person consultation with our team. You will receive a detailed proposal to outline we plan to create your build and estimated lead time.
Fit & Build
With your spec confirmed you can undergo a bike fit to dial in your fit and finalise the details. It will then be over to our workshop for custom build.
Delivery
Once your bike is ready you can come and collect at our Experience Centre or have it delivered straight to your door. This is where you journey really begins.
