Our idmatch bike fitting system is available to book your positioning session with us. Whether you are looking for a new Factor, another brand, or looking to improve your position on your current bike, our experts are ready to support you.
WORKSHOP
Our mechanics are on site in the workshop situated in the Experience Centre
The workshop is the beating heart of our operation and where every bike ordered through Vires Velo is precisely assembled by our team of highly skilled mechanics. Our build team will work with you to build your bike exactly the way you want it.
With the workshop, bike fitting and customer service team all operating from the same Centre, we are able to provide each customer with a personalised service. As you well know, the journey is as important as the destination.
TEST RIDES
Test rides can be arranged from our Experience Centre in a full range of sizes
Take a bike out around the Norfolk lanes to experience the feel of Factor for yourself. We strongly believe in the exceptional ride quality of Factor bikes so we’re always keen for you to discover it for yourself. But be warned, you won’t want to go back to anything less.

Coffee Lounge
We stock locally roasted coffee served from our Rocket Espresso machine which you can enjoy in our lounge with a copy of the latest Cyclist or Rouleur Magazine.
When you visit our Experience Centre you can sit down and enjoy some downtime in our lounge whilst you wait for your appointment. We serve a great cup of coffee, have the latest cycling mags so you can plan your next adventure and there’s always bike racing on the tv. We know your time is precious and our lounge space can also be used as a working space if you need to fire up your emails or take a call. Working from home never looked so good.
