While you follow the progress of your build, Bastion’s team in Melbourne begins the meticulous process of creating your bicycle.
Each frame is individually engineered around its rider and crafted using Bastion’s proprietary combination of 3D-printed titanium and filament-wound carbon fibre. Every component is designed, manufactured and finished to deliver the ride quality, performance and individuality that define a Bastion.
04 / DELIVERY & HANDOVER
The final stage is one of the most rewarding.
Once your Bastion arrives at Vires Velo, we complete the final assembly, inspection and setup before conducting a detailed handover. Every position, component and setting is checked to ensure your bike performs exactly as intended from the very first ride.
