Whether you are looking for a fast road bike, a refined endurance machine, a gravel build or something entirely unique, we help define the direction of your Sarto project from the outset.
02 – Fit & Rider Analysis
The process is supported by our idmatch Bike Lab, one of the most advanced bike fitting systems available today.
Using a scientific, data-driven approach, we develop a detailed understanding of your position, biomechanics and geometry requirements before shaping the recommendation around you.
03 / Model & Geometry Guidance
Once we understand your fit, riding style and ambitions, we help identify the most suitable Sarto platform.
From there, geometry, fit requirements and ride characteristics can be refined with the Sarto team to create a machine that feels natural, efficient and entirely personal.
04 / Specification & Finish
Together, we shape the complete build.
Groupset, wheels, finishing kit, cockpit, tyres, gearing and paint are all considered as part of your Sarto project.
05 / Creation In Italy
Once confirmed, your frame is created by Sarto in Italy.
Every stage of the process is shaped by the details agreed during consultation, from geometry and carbon construction to paint and finish.
06 / Final Build & Handover
When your Sarto arrives at Vires Velo, our team completes the final build, inspection and setup.
Your position, components and finishing details are checked carefully before handover, ensuring the finished bike is ready to perform exactly as intended.
