Built to Beat the Clock
The ONE SP takes the aerodynamic thinking behind the Factor ONE and applies it specifically to time trial and triathlon racing.
Its wide-stance fork, integrated front end and aero-optimised frame were developed through extensive CFD analysis and wind tunnel testing. The result is a bike designed to maintain aerodynamic performance while retaining the responsive handling and low weight that make the ONE platform different from a conventional TT bike.
That makes the ONE SP particularly interesting for riders tackling technical, hilly or short-course time trials, as well as longer triathlon events where handling, climbing performance and rider position all matter.
ONE SP Bar
At the heart of the ONE SP is the new ONE SP Bar.
Constructed from high-modulus carbon fibre, the cockpit attaches directly to the fork head through a four-bolt interface, creating a rigid and highly integrated connection between rider and bike.
The position can be extensively adjusted to suit the rider and the demands of the course, including reach, width and extension rotation. The bar allows up to 35 mm of additional extension stack in 5 mm increments, with an optional 10 mm stack adjustment at the bar attachment.
Internal cable routing keeps the front end clean and aerodynamic, while the system includes a BTA accessory holder and dedicated Black Inc computer mount compatible with Garmin and Wahoo.

The frame, fork and cockpit were developed as a complete aerodynamic system, with the front end designed to manage airflow around the front wheel and rider position.
The ONE SP retains the ONE’s progressive geometry and road-bike characteristics, while creating the forward, compact position required for racing against the clock.
