Factor ONE Custom Gold & Carbon

A remarkable gold-themed custom masterpiece created on the Factor ONE.

The base of the frame has been left as raw carbon with a stunning Gold marble effect throughout and 24kt Gold leaf logos.

This creation was painted by Kustom Flow, who took many hours to complete the frame which was dreamt up in consultation with the customer.

To create the canvas, the raw frame was lightly sanded back to allow further paintwork to adhere to it. A specialist paint was used to create the marble effect across the entire frame and fork, this was then clear coated to seal this element of the design and then sanded again to remove high and low spots.

Stencils were then created for the logos and a gold ‘size’ (glue) was airbrushed onto the frame. The stencils were then removed, the size allowed to ‘tack off’ and then the gold leaf was applied and brushed off to create a beautiful effect on the logos.

A final clear coat was applied and polished before the bike was sent back to our workshop for build.
